Lifetime Labor Guarantee

We guarantee that the installation work performed by Go Bath will be free of defects due to workmanship for the lifetime of the product's warranty.

Lifetime Gap-Free Guarantee

We guarantee that the wall tiles / panels will be gap free for the lifetime of the product's warranty.

Lifetime Box Guarantee

We guarantee that should a wall panel, bath or shower be accidentally damaged, Go Bath will replace it for the lifetime of the product's warranty.

1. Lifetime Guarantee on Labor
This guarantee covers any labor-related defects in the original installation. Should any issues arise due to installation workmanship, Go Bath will provide necessary repairs or replacements at no additional cost to the homeowner for the lifetime of the product's warranty.

2. Lifetime Gap-Free Guarantee
This limited guarantee addresses any significant separation between installed units exceeding 3 millimeters post-installation. Go Bath will correct such issues, ensuring a seamless and proper fit at no additional cost for the lifetime of the product's warranty.

3. Lifetime Box Guarantee
For larger projects, Go Bath will provide the homeowner with additional materials at the time of bathtub or shower installation. The homeowner is expected to store these materials safely and make them available if necessary for any repairs. If damage occurs to the installations by Go Bath, we will repair or replace the affected areas using these extra materials for the duration of the product's warranty. If the homeowner no longer possesses these materials, Go Bath isn't obligated to supply more. However, customers may purchase additional materials at the current price. Claims under this guarantee may be subject to a service charge based on Go Bath’s current rates, with a minimum fee applicable. It’s important for the homeowner to inform Go Bath within 7 days of installation completion if the additional materials were not provided. Please note that damage caused by furniture or equipment with casters or wheels is not covered under this guarantee.

Go Flooring provides the following 3-Part Limited Lifetime Guarantee to the residential purchasing Owner. (Rental and commercial properties are covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranty only.) This guarantee becomes effective upon payment in full of the purchase price and the date the installation is complete. As long as the flooring remains where it was originally installed and is not modified in any way, this guarantee will last the length of time the original purchaser remains in the home. Go Flooring reserves the right to inspect any products you believe fail to meet the requirements of this guarantee and you must allow Go Flooring or its representatives all access reasonably necessary for inspection. If the exact original product or part is no longer available, Go Flooring reserves the right to substitute a similar part or product of equal or greater quality. These limited guarantees give you specific rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
